It is like pulling hen’s teeth to carve this badger. But I guess if that’s what it takes, I will pull hen’s teeth. Kris and I carved this morning and I carved again some this afternoon. Slowly, slowly, slowly. We will group carve again in a week. Maybe I will have him done by then!? See MoreSee Less

I am back to carving on the badger. Slowly but surely he begins to look badgerly. I have taken a tremendous amount of stone off the top. It is well into the 90’s here but there is a breeze and I am in tree shade. Not too bad. Perhaps this eve I will have time to carve again. And tomorrow morning I will certainly carve. Ah, there is a light at the end of that tunnel! See MoreSee Less

Hey, no wonder carving wasn't bad. It only hit 90 for a top. Hope it's that sweet tomorrow

Looking good
